Living Life with Purpose
Explore a World of Ideas on My Personal Blog
After working for over 30 years of my life, I decided to really focus on purpose and passion. I wanted to share my new journey, and the best way to do that is to start a personal blog. Originally from Allendale, South Carolina, the lower part of SC off of Hwy 301 and the Savannah River near Screven, GA, I currently reside in the Upstate of South Carolina. I'm me, a wife and a mom of two amazing children. My husband is a Dallas Cowboys Fan, my daughter is the “Mini Me,” and my son is the Sickle Cell Warrior.
I live life in large, medium, and small. Large Faith, Medium Family, and Small Friends. 1 Corinthians 13:13 NLT: “Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.” My concept is based on a buffet. I remember that after church, family and friends would go to Ryan's or Golden Corral. It was the best value, where both kids and seniors ate at a discount, and you could satisfy everyone with the food selections. We would eat, laugh, and fellowship. Around the table is where the best conversations begin.
I have two rules. First rule: I am not perfect, and I write my thoughts, so grammar may be optional. Second rule: Everyone has an opinion, whether right or wrong, all must be respectful.
So, let's begin...
